We’re on the lookout for a talented Marketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. Our mission is to create fame for HyperFinity and generate awareness and demand for our retail tech platform and consultancy services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling our marketing efforts in 2025 and beyond.
The role:
Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, Growth Director and Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will support with HyperFinity’s marketing needs.
You’ll need a flair for writing, as the role will centre around content production – from blogs and resources for our website, to LinkedIn posts and press releases. Alongside this, you’ll support the Marketing Manager with a range of marketing activities, including events planning, video and podcast production, and awards applications. We’d also love for you to contribute ideas to creative marketing workshops and keep up to date with what’s going on in retail.
This is a new role, so you’ll have the opportunity to shape it as your career progresses.
Key responsibilities:
- First and foremost; produce polished, engaging content in line with our quarterly content plan. This includes blogs, resources, case studies, guides, eBooks and social media posts.
- Work with our SEO agency to ensure our website and any new content is visible on search engines. Assist the Marketing Manager with managing and updating our website.
- Assist the Marketing Manager with producing our podcast, from script writing to distributing content effectively, and videos, from planning the shoot, to distributing the results efficiently.
- Work with the Marketing Manager to manage our LinkedIn account, including publishing posts twice a week and keeping on top of notifications.
- Take ownership of HubSpot, including managing CRM activity like email marketing; account-based marketing sequences; and reporting.
- Support with events planning and coordination, including liaising with venues and booking hotels and transport.
- Research speaking opportunities for our team and stay up to date with the latest retail news.
- Ensure our brand is represented consistently across all channels, from our tone of voice to our visual identity.
- Support the Growth Director and Marketing Manager with the delivery of our annual sales and marketing plan.
- Attend and contribute to biweekly sales and marketing meetings.
Skills and experience:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to write engaging, well-written content.
- Great attention to detail – with a knack for weeding out typos.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.
- Meticulously organised and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Keen to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, English, or a related field.
