Demand Generation Lead

Location: Hybrid (two days per week at our Leeds-based office)

We’re on the lookout for a talented Demand Generation Lead to join our sales and marketing team. Our mission is to create fame for HyperFinity and generate awareness and demand for our retail tech platform and consultancy services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in scaling our sales and marketing efforts in 2025 and beyond.

The role:

You’ll be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising programs that increase qualified pipeline and revenue. This role blends strategic marketing vision with hands-on campaign delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage demand generation programs: Develop multi-channel strategies (content, paid, events, outbound, etc.) that scale revenue and move prospects through the funnel.
  2. Campaign execution: Launch and optimise campaigns that focus on high-quality pipeline, not just top-of-funnel leads.
  3. Cross-functional alignment: Partner with the rest of the marketing and sales teams to deliver a cohesive go-to-market approach.
  4. Measurement and analytics: Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness using key metrics such as CAC, pipeline, and ARR.
  5. Experimentation: Pilot new channels and tools (including AI) to stay ahead of the curve and maximise marketing efficiency.
  6. Creative storytelling: Develop messaging and creative that stand out, engage prospects, and build market awareness.

Skills and experience:

  • Marketing experience: Proven background in demand generation, ideally within software or consulting companies.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable leveraging analytics platforms, attribution models, and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication: Exceptional written and verbal abilities; adept at creating messaging that moves audiences to act.
  • Cross-team collaboration: Experienced at coordinating efforts across marketing, product, and sales functions.
  • Strategic and tactical: Ability to think big-picture, but also execute hands-on marketing tasks.
