Damon has many years experience creating cutting edge technology solutions with data science and embedded analytics at the core. Damon has extensive expertise across data science, big data, cloud computing, machine learning & AI and UX design.

Adam has many years experience leading data science and analytics teams within customer, marketing and merchandising functions. He leads and mobilises Hyper's team of expert data scientists and consultants to deliver cutting-edge client solutions

Peter has extensive experience delivering commercial value through data driven solutions both client and agency side. His role is to identify and execute on growth opportunities for Hyper and their clients.

Tom has spent most of his career merging data insight & strategy across senior roles in retail, including Walmart & Shop Direct. He oversees the strategic direction & commercial impact of our solutions within your organisation.

Caleb is responsible for client side development of our decision intelligence platform, HyperFinity. He brings designs to life and ensures product usability and accessibility.

Dan uses SQL, Python and data visualisations to deliver insights, measurement and recommendations for our retail clients.

Before joining HyperFinity, Dan worked as a data analyst at ASDA, where he developed customer insights and campaign measurement. He studied Mathematics with Finance at the University of Leeds

Harry supports the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns at HyperFinity, creating content across web, email and social channels. He also contributes to podcast production, events coordination and CRM management.

Before joining HyperFinity, he worked in the legal sector, gaining experience in digital and content marketing. Harry holds a degree in Business Management with Marketing.

Chris is one of HyperFinity’s Analytics Managers. He looks after our consultancy clients and manages a team of data scientists and analysts, delivering BI and data science projects; from wireframing new dashboards in PowerBI and Excel, to SQL & VBA coding and data engineering.

Chris has a number of years' experience in the visual analytics space, creating dashboards and analysis pieces in Tableau, Snowflake, and other software packages.

He's also a key member of our Social Committee, ensuring our quarterly team socials go off with a bang.

Tom is responsible for developing the back end capabilities of HyperFinity - using services such as AWS and Snowflake. He also develops machine learning models to predict trends and uncover insights in clients' data.

Tom studied Maths & Computer Science at Loughborough University.

Liam works in the HyperFinity product team on front and back end projects, using technologies such as React, AWS and Snowflake.

He's currently studying for a Level 4 Software Developer apprenticeship.

Rachel is responsible for creating bespoke analysis and generating data workflows and Power BI reports.

Since joining HyperFinity in 2021, Rachel has worked with a number of our clients, including Studio, Beaverbrooks and Asda. Notable projects include creating scenario planning tools and developing an uplift model.

Rachel has a PhD in Tissue Engineering & Regenerative Medicine from University of Sheffield and University of Leeds.

Jack delivers bespoke analytics projects, leveraging his background in machine learning, Python and SQL.

Before joining HyperFinity, he spent six years working in credit risk; writing and productionising default and fraud models for US-based lenders.

Jack has a Masters in Astrophysics. This involved analysing and identifying sub-clusters of stars within larger cluster groups.

Alex uses his experience with data engineering and analytics to help clients understand and utilise their data to maximise its potential.

Prior to joining HyperFinity, Alex worked in the healthcare sector, applying data-led solutions to national healthcare problems.

Alex graduated with a degree in Clinical Science from the University of Bradford.

Anna is responsible for demand generation - from content and social media, to PR and events.

Ryan utilises Python, SQL and machine learning techniques to deliver decision intelligence for our clients.

Before joining HyperFinity, Ryan worked as a data scientist in the energy industry, where he analysed customer profitability. He has a PhD in nuclear physics from the University of York.

Victoria implements machine learning and statistical algorithms to provide our consultancy clients with a competitive edge - from product range optimisation to store segmentation.

Victoria previously worked in the energy sector, helping large supermarkets use data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

She has a strong research background and developed a novel intelligent building energy management system during her PhD studies.

Jamie works within the development team at HyperFinity. He tests new features and changes to ensure the platform runs smoothly and meets user needs. He also manages platform releases and supports users.

Matthew works on the front and back end of our HyperFinity software, using technologies such as React, AWS and Snowflake.

He's currently studying for a Level 4 Software Developer apprenticeship.

Stephen develops ML models and statistical inference to help our clients understand customer behaviour and make informed business decisions. He uses technologies such as Python, SQL and Spark.

Before joining HyperFinity, Stephen advised clients on strategic planning, decision making and risk management.

Jesse is responsible for data ingestion, data discovery, building data transformations, automation and testing.

She has an MSc in Biochemistry from University of Southampton and previously worked in data engineering as a Civil Service contractor.

Alice uses SQL and data visualisation to create customer insight for our retail clients. She's skilled at explaining how our decision intelligence solutions apply in a business context.

She graduated from University of Leeds with a Mathematics BSc. Before joining HyperFinity, she worked as a data analyst in the civil service, with previous experience in digital marketing and finance.

Jessie is HyperFinity’s Head of Analytics. She looks after our consultancy clients and delivers data science and analytical projects.

An average day for Jessie includes liaising with stakeholders, contributing to technical delivery – and drinking lots of tea!

Jessie graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Mathematics and has worked in analytical roles in various industries, including finance, healthcare and gaming and betting.

James heads up our product team; the geniuses behind our AI platform. He's responsible for developing our software, data platform and cloud infrastructure.

Before joining HyperFinity, James led software development and operations teams in the retail sector.
