We were named Overall Customer Loyalty Provider of the Year at the RetailTech Breakthrough Awards 2025. Nutriment: From insight to loyalty in 90 days.

Award-winning raw pet food brand Nutriment wanted to understand what truly drove sales – and how to turn more first-time shoppers into loyal customers.

The challenge: Nutriment lacked a complete view of customer behaviour and needed to know where to focus retention efforts.

The solution: We built a BI dashboard to reveal year-on-year. Customer retention emerged as a key opportunity, so we segmented shoppers by recency, frequency, category preference and likely spend. We then designed a 90-day nurture journey with targeted communications, educational content and offers to keep customers engaged before they lapsed.

The impact:

  • 11% more second and third purchases.
  • Repeat purchase time cut from 35 to 31 days (8% faster frequency).
  • 4% increase in average transaction value and spend per customer.

Toolstation: £2.8M revenue opportunity unlocked.

Toolstation, a tools and building materials retailer, wanted a deeper understanding of their customers to personalise marketing and measure the true impact of loyalty strategies.

The challenge: Their existing segmentation didn’t predict future spend or uncover the biggest growth opportunities.

The solution: We segmented trade and DIY customers by loyalty and behaviour, such as frequent high spender and plumber. This allowed us to create AI-powered audiences for targeted marketing. We built a ‘size of the prize’ model to estimate the revenue potential of retention and upsell initiatives. Additionally, we developed a sales drivers dashboard to track the impact of marketing activity on monthly sales.

The impact:

  • Identified a £2.8 million revenue opportunity for the following year.
  • Continuous access to sales opportunity modelling and live dashboards to guide decisions.

We don’t just talk about data and loyalty – we bring people together to explore it. Earlier in the year, we hosted an exclusive client event that deep dived into loyalty and data science (and featured chocolate tasting with Hotel Chocolat).

In March, we jetted off to Stockholm to attend Loyalty Summit CXM. Our Chief Commercial Officer Thomas Hill and Head of Analytics Jessie Stuart took to the stage to share insights on measuring loyalty. Back home, we ran an AI Hackathon for our team, which saw them develop concepts that could reshape our platform.
