Then, our CDO Adam Barrowcliff will explain the analytics behind personalisation, including how market leaders like Netflix and Spotify are harnessing the power of data science and AI. He’ll cover how to get started with personalisation, including the data science techniques used to created differentiated experiences, such as affinity analytics.
